
What Reiki Healing?
It comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy.
Reiki is a type of energy healing. Practitioners believe that areas of the body where there has been a physical damage or even emotional suffering can become stagnant. These energy blockages can eventually result in illness.
Benefits of Reiki
Reiki healers channel the healing energy that is around us, and many that tune into it can feel it.
Reiki aids relaxation, assists in the body’s natural healing processes, and develops emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
How can I become a Reiki healer? Well on some of our retreats our instructors can train you to perform Reiki healing yourself!
Some anecdotal evidence suggests that it may induce deep relaxation, help people cope with difficulties, relieve emotional stress, and improve overall well-being.
Our retreats include food and accommodation - as well as plenty of yoga and reiki classes. However, they do not include: flights, insurance, transfers and excursions.
