I REST is a process of self enquiry on an experiential level using a felt sense to explore emotions, thoughts and feelings
IRest or Integrative Restorative Therapy was developed in America by Richard Miller drawing on Yoga Nidra practices to treat PTSD in war veterans and this process has since had great success treating trauma, stress and anxiety as an alternative to counselling.
