Day 1 Saturday Check in is from 4:00pm. Time to unpack and familiarize yourself with your surroundings. 19:30 Welcome Meeting. Be introduced to the other guests joining you on your break and get taken through the schedule to give you an idea of what to expect each day. 20:00 Dinner. Enjoy your evening meal on the communal table on the terrace by the pool. Enjoy veggie food to detox your digestive system. We design our menus to provide you with optimum energy and nutrition. Fancy a glass of red wine? Go ahead. It´s full of antioxidants! Daily Schedule 07:30 Time for early morning meditation with Kathy 08:00 Hatha Yoga with Kathy . 09:30 - 10:30 Breakfast. Fresh juices, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals hot rolls and toast and eggs. English and herbal teas and coffee available. 10.30 - 11:30 Mindfulness. Learn to practice Mindfulness with Maggie through a series of exercises, meditations and enquiry and find a way to deal with stresses and anxieties and to enjoy your life more 11.30 Chill Time. Relax by the pool or on one of the shady terraces. 14:30 - 15:00 Lunch Break. Enjoy lunch on the terrace. 15:00 - 17:30 Free Time. o for a walk in the grounds, dive in the pool or have a Reiki treatment. 17:30 - 19:00 Yin and Yoga Nidra with Kathy. 20:00 Dinner out at local restaurants.
