Mindfulness, What to expect?
On our retreats, there will be a plethora of activities, all planned with relaxation and mindfulness in mind, there will be meditation sessions throughout the day with various councilors, there are breaks in between sessions where you can enjoy leisure in plenty of areas, such as swimming, sunbathing, a massage or even just exploring the beautiful environment.
Our one-to-one session are also available over Zoom, or you can come in a group session and meet people who also are on the path of Mindfulness.
Evidence suggests that these practices may induce deep relaxation, help people cope with difficulties, relieve emotional stress, and improve overall well-being.
Our retreats include food and accommodation - as well as plenty of yoga and Reiki exercises. However, they do not include: flights, insurance, transfers and excursions.
